A stylish small antique late Victorian Aesthetic Movement dressing table chair or nursing chair. With carved, ebonised and gilt frame with newly reupholstered stuff-over seat standing on turned and fluted front legs culminating in casters. Solid and sturdy it has been newly recovered. Dating from circa 1890.
Construction/Wood:
Black painted (ebonised) wood
Condition Report:
Wear and marks commensurate with age. They are solid and sturdy and have been newly recovered over the old upholstery in a gold velour fabric. The seats are sprung and are useable but would benefit re-upholstery.
