A set of four colonial campaign X-form base director's armchairs dating from the turn of the century. Featuring a campaign or safari style wooden frame garnished with brass accents, these wooden armchairs have a cane seat and backrest, resting on an elegant turned X-form base with a cross stretcher. All armchairs maintain a rustic and beautiful natural look with brass-finished joints. Overall, this is a great grouping. These chairs would present wonderfully in any high-style beach or country setting, or study. They would make lovely occasional chairs in any home and are solid and sturdy.
