Offered for sale is this superb set of eight Art and Crafts oak dining chairs dating to about 1900 - 1910 and consisting of six single chairs and two carvers . The chairs are a lovely mellow golden oak colour and are of exceptional quality with crisply carved stylised heart in the back rail with vertical splats above newly reupholstered seats standing on on square tapered supports united by stretchers and with squab feet. The set of 8 antique oak chairs are in excellent showroom condition having been cleaned, revived and waxed along with the seats newly reupholstered in a Arts & Crafts design fabric. Over the past 30 years we have sold over a thousand sets of chairs along with hundreds of dining tables to satisfied customers.
