Early 19th.c. Scottish longcase clock with movement by Alexander Manson of Thurso c.1830. With the distinctive round face and drum hood typical of Scottish antique clocks of this period on a flared mahogany veneered case with glass panel door and carved detail to the base. 13″ dial with original inkwork. Eight day regulator movement with a single passing stike on a bell for each hour. Original single brass weight and pendulum. Excellent condition, the case has been cleaned and polished in our workshops whilst the works have been cleaned and overhauled and are sold with a 12 month guarentee.
