This is a good size long and low rosewood open bookcase. English, dated about c 1840. The bookcase has its original french polish finish and has been well maintained over the years. A great
warm colour. There's loads of book space, with extra depth in the middle section for ledgers and deeper books! The 6 shelves are adjustable. We have checked this bookcase, and wax polished to show off the mellow finish
