Now this is very different, in the form of an officers hat - I think that the insignia to the top depicts an anchor, so I would say Navy or Naval officer's cap. Measuring c. 2.5/8" inch (c. 6.9cm) across the diameter, the peak to the cap is in addition - opening to reveal a wonderfully clean inside, a sifter and a nice clear mirror - to the base is a an outline of Australia - very unusual, I know this little beauty will find its way to someone's treasured collection - Beautifully made, it is testing for silver, but I can find no hallmarks, and there is a slight copper coloured blemish on the top, it may be very heavily plated, but I will sell as white metal
