Quality Burr Walnut Kneehole Writing Desk, Queen Anne Style Burr Walnut Writing Desk. This wonderful shaped burr walnut writing desk has three leather inserts to the top with carved edge detail. Under has a centre long drawer with shaped apron under flanked either side by two graduated drawers all fitted with brass handles. The corners of the desk have carved detail and carved detail under the drawers. The drawer fronts have lovely figured walnut the sides are also in figured walnut. This desk could stand in the centre of a room as the back is all finished in figured walnut. All supported by Queen Anne style legs with carved shell decoration to the knee and standing on ball and claw feet.
