A stunning and rare 18th Century Welsh ash cricket table of desirable form. A superb example in excellent condition. Featuring a beautifully figured 2" thick single slab ash top supported on gently curved ash legs positioned in a traditionally splayed arrangement with T-bar stretcher. Displaying superb colour and patina throughout and retaining much of it's wonderful original painted finish.
Condition is excellent with two historic repairs to top and just a very small number of historic worm holes to mention.
A beautiful table and a truly rare item of early Welsh antique furniture.
