Pair of Victorian Pole Screens
Circa 1860. A quality pair of mid-Victorian walnut pole screens, with hand stitched needle point pictures of birds and flowers in a stylish Rococo, cartouche shaped frame, supported on a turned upright, which finishes with a lovely bulbous finial. All resting on very stylish turned, fluted, ring turned and profusely carved base, finishing on three hipped cabriole legs with foliate carving on the knees and finishing on a well curled foot.
