A fine pair of 19th century oil paintings by Russian artist J Orloff. These are typical of Orloff's work, one showing a troika in a snowy landscape, the other showing three sleighs galloping through the snow.

They are painted on panels and each has a gilt frame contemporary with the work.

The paintings measure 31 cm x 14 cm (12" x 5.5")
