Pair Of Newly Upholstered Carver Elbow Armchairs
Good decorative pair of c19th mahogany Georgian style carver armchairs or elbow chairs, newly upholstered in a teal blue crushed velvet.
Super quality pair of chairs and also comfortable, certainly useable as an all day desk chair, but decorative enough to use as a set with a console table or chiffonier as I have shown for example.
Well carved and inlaid, standing on tapering block feet.
Measuring:
38 1/2” or 98cm high
21 1/2” or 54cm max width
22 1/2” or 57cm deep
18 1/2” or 47cm seat height Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
