Pair of large vintage Chinese ginger jar lamps
Great size pair of vintage ceramic Chinese style ginger jars which are now converted into lamps.
They are very decorative due to their bulbous shape and proportions.
There is a stamp to the bottom, but I would still suggest these are no more than “vintage” in age. The wiring has been done to full UK standards, using a gold braided flex and PAT tested.
Offered as a pair and the shades are just for example, so not included in the price.
Measuring:
32 1/4” or 82cm to top of the example shades
22” or 56cm to shade cradle
7 1/2” or 19cm diameter at the base
18” or 46cm diameter French drum shade example Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
