Pair of large oak Jacobean bookcases shelves

These are a fantastic pair of large bookcases. One bookcase is a double and one is a single. The bookcases are made in solid oak and probably date to the 1930s - 1950s. The bookcases are made in the Jacobean style with beaded leading edges and circula paterae. They both stand on plinth bases and have shaped back splats. The bookcases have boarded backs.
The oak on these bookcases is thick with lively patination and is well polished. They are very attractive bookcases.
The bookcases are in good condition. The smaller bookcase shows some fading but nothing you wouldn't expect in a vintage piece.
These bookcases will look wonderful in a home library or study and will hold a lot of books!!!
Each bookcase is 57 inches high and 10 inches deep. The double bookcase is 54.5 inches wide and the single is 35 inches wide. The shelves are 12 inches high, 9, 9 and 7.5 inches high.
