1 Fine Original Large British Work Of Art Watercolour Flock Of Summer Song Birds Gathered Together.
Subject a flock of various song birds gathered together, some are standing on the small stone pebble ground with others perched on branches facing each other, along with butterflies & snails in tall grass land landscape vegetation with floral suflowers and daisys also green leave foiage & tall grass in the background. Also a cobweb and ladybirds. Such an interesting unusual scene which is so enchanting.

Mark Chester British artist born 1960 has had a lifelong interest in natural history and from and early age he painted and sketched the wildlife that he saw around him. Originally qualifying as a professional photographer he worked for many years in the photographic industry, his interest in wildlife enabled him to use his photographic skills to capture on film many species of birds and animals in their natural habitat. In 1990 Mark decided to leave photography and pursue a career as a wildlife artist.
Mark’s travels have taken him from Africa to the Arctic and from America to India in search of subject matter such as wolves, bears, eagles, owls and his favourite the big cats. He likes to study all his subjects in the wild gathering material on them and their environment. The final paintings are drawn from field reference gathered on his trips.
His paintings have been exhibited widely and are in the collections of a number of art lovers around the world, many major works having been sold at wildlife art auctions held by Bonhams, Christies and Sotheby’s. In 1996 Mark was invited to become a Fellow of the Wildlife Art Society, and took the top photographic honours at the society’s annual exhibition in London. Over 200 of his works have been reproduced as prints, greetings cards, calendars and stamps.
Many wildlife charities have benefited through the sale of Mark’s paintings, including the RSPB, the Wildlife Trusts, the Worldwide Fund for Nature and the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust. For many years he has been involved with the Hawk & Owl Trust advising on many conservation projects and working with and landowners in creating suitable habitats and nest sites so as to encourage Barn Owls and other threatened birds of prey back into the countryside.Having such magnificent controlled brush work. Goods can be bought by either International bank wire transfer or domestic BACS payment we can email you an invoice together with our banking instructions. Cash upon collection is also accepted. Shipping is with insurance cover. Import duty and taxes payable by the buyer please enquire if you need any assistance. Confirmation of delivery is provided by email or text message, which includes a courier tracking number and date of posting or collection. Shipping costs are charged based upon the type of shipping service used, either express, standard or economy services and size and weight of item.

Delivery by parcel courier within the UK Mainland will be used for all smalls, paintings & all furniture items allow between 2 to 5 working days delivery time. Online tracking can be provided. International delivery airfreight is available estimated delivery times between 5 to 14 working days approximate upon request by providing your full name and address together with a postal area or zip code and a contact phone number.

Cheshire Antiques Consultant operates on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis which means that the International buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes & customs clearance and any other charges which may be necessary to release an order from international customs.
Following the UK leaving the EU on 1st January 2021 (BREXIT) there have been some changes to customs & duty charges for EU customers. Tax and import duty varies from country to country so we recommend you check with your local tax office to see if any fees will be payable.
If the customer refuses to pay any duty and customs charges and the parcel is returned to sender all shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.

If payment is not received within this time. Cheshire Antiques Consultant reserves the right to consider selling the item (s) to another customer at its discretion.

Payment is preferred by Bankers transfer or alternatively you are welcome to make payment using PayPal. Or with you or your own courier paying cash on collection. Deposit payments are accepted, however shipping will not take place until the balance has been paid in full and to advise deposit payments are non refundable.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is solely responsible for paying the entire costs of the outbound & return shipping costs also any import costs & duty taxes due. Return authorisation should be requested by sending an email before posting. Once we receive the item in good order as supplied not withstanding notified transit damage, we will return partial refund payment using the same payment method less our shipping costs. For any Refunds given the refund amount will have our cost of the outbound shipping costs deducted.
