Oak Washstand - Georgian - c1750
This Oak Georgian stand shows tremendous character and offers use as either a washstand or to be used as a pot stand or display for ornaments or similar.

A tri-form base with classic sweeping legs is united with a central lower tier from which a trio of turned risers lead to the upper ring, creating the centre box section which houses twin drawers.

The piece is in good antique order throughout and benefits from gorgeous indicators of age which add to the overall piece. It is solid and ready to use.

Included with the washstand are the bowl and jug shown within the images.

Overall a very pleasing example, both attractively styled and well presented.
