Oak Twin Door Cabinet - With Drawers - c1860

A stunning Oak Cabinet in excellent condition throughout.

This well proportioned piece presents wonderfully.

To the upper section a carved and moulded frieze resides over a pair of full depth drawers with carved handles. These are flanked and centred by ancient leaf raised carvings.

To the lower cabinet a pair of field panel doors open to reveal a generous interior with central shelf. Flanking the doors are superb turned, fluted and carved outer columns - these sit over square-nose protrusions which in turn form the attractive carved lower plinth.

The cabinet provides useful storage and is a beautiful item of antique furniture. The English Oak is a fine colour throughout.
