Unusually narrow Edwardian mahogany bookcase by the acclaimed British cabinet makers Maple & Co. c.1910. Just 25″ wide with a glazed cabinet with adjustable shelves over a blind door cupboard and single drawer in the waist. Superior quality typical of Maples, with flame mahogany veneered door trim and glazing bars, drawer and door fonts also with ebony stringing. Neat moulded cornice, shaped feet and apron. Solid mahogany sides and back boards, oak drawer linings, original maker’s label. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Keys supplied.
