Circa 1870 with alterations. Mid Victorian burr walnut breakfront open bookcase with a lovely colour and patina. Surmounted by a moulded, stepped breakfront cornice in a beautifully figured walnut. The 3 open bookcase sections (deeper central section) each with four adjustable shelve. All on an enclosed breakfront plinth base.
