Stunning Edwardian era French dressing chest of drawers c.1910. Adjustable oval mirror with carved walnut frame and yoke over a marble top chest of three long drawers. Original 1¼” thick marble top with moulded edge. Beautiful mahogany and satinwood parquetry work to the drawer fronts and sides. Ormolu handles and escutcheons. Reeded column detail to the front corners with ormolu mounts. Carved guilloche frieze below the bottom drawer. Raised on turned walnut legs front and rear with brass mounts to the feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
