Mahogany Two Drawer Drop Leaf Work Table
Antique quality C1840 mahogany two drawer drop leaf work table. Two mahogany lined drawers to one side, which slide freely (dummies to the other).
Solid and strong, with no loose joints. Full of age, character and charm. Attractive turned legs with period brass and ceramic castors (some wear as one would expect). Lovely patinated top.
Would look great in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions: 84cmW (44cm when closed) x 64cmD x 73cmH.
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. The decorative cap for one of the drawer knobs on the dummy side is missing. No keys and the locks are untested. Some extinct historic woodworm holes (in the leaf supports as is typical... not weakened) that have been treated for good measure.
