The arched hood with eagle mounted brass finials and brass inlaid reeded columns, lovely flame mahogany case with ogee feet, the brass face unusually etched with insects has a working date aperture and makers name for Timewell, London.
The eight day movement is in good working order and strikes the hour on a bell.
