Large mid 19th.c. mahogany combination wardrobe and linen press c.1860. Full length hanging space plus a single drawer to the left hand door. The centre and right hand doors opening to reveal three sliding shelves over two short drawers and three long drawers of graduated depth. Simple, uncluttered design with a crisp moulded cornice over arched panel doors with raised mouldings and well figured veneers on solid mahogany groundwork. Original brass handles, locks and latches. Mahogany lined drawers and slides. Maker’s stamp for A.Blaine of Liverpool on the drawers. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
Splits in to two pieces plus cornice and plinth for delivery.
