A fine example of a Regency Tea table. This table is now of course about 200 years old but by condition could easily be just a few years old. It has most impressive detailing, from the barley twist pedestal which sits on a splay leg terminating in an original brass cap to the flame mahogany that is displayed on both the inside and outside of the top. This is enhanced by the crossed banded edge which itself is highlighted by the twin string inlays. It has brass inlays as can be seen in the pictures which are so typical of the better quality items of the day. A lovely example that can not only be a useful item of antique furniture but looks superb. We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas.
