Late Victorian Glazed Display Cabinet / Bookcase
A charming antique glazed cabinet in dark wood, dating from the late Victorian era. Naïve and a little rustic, it has a heavy and solid body, believed to be wenge, an African hardwood. Attached are two glazed doors with pretty moulding around the glass. It has its original glass, brass hinges and catches. It stands on the floor, but could potentially be wall mounted with appropriate fixings. Inside are 3 solid and fixed shelves, and vintage paper in chartreuse green and white.

Internal shelf depth: 15.5cm
The cabinet is in fair condition - its wear is part of its charm! It has been cleaned and waxed, but its patina has been left.
