A magnificent, circa 1850, eight foot wide, mahogany, twin pedestal sideboard. This piece features a large up stand to rear with decorative carving, a large serving area fitted with three pillow fronted drawers. This sits upon two large pedestals with decoratively carved doors which open up to reveal numerous drawers and slides. This item is in good condition, but unfortunately, there is some work to be done to the base of both of the pedestals as the photographs show. This would not be a major expense, and once completed, would make this piece ideal for any large period interior, restaurant or hotel.
