Offered for sale is this superb large round Victorian carved oak telescopic dining table 48" diameter extending to 94" x 48" with two leaves, a comfortable 8/10 seater. The large oak table has carved edges above carved and turned supports with original brass and ceramic castors . It has the standard Joseph Fitter extending mechanism and works both robustly and smoothly and comes with winding handle. The table dates to about 1890 and has been cleaned and sympathetically repolished whilst retaining its original character. It is in excellent showroom condition. We specialise in antique dining suites trading from our own showroom in Wokingham, Berkshire .
