Large Heavy Solid Pine Victorian Mule Chest.
The Chest is a big piece and very heavy, it has a drawer concealed in the plinth and there is a candle box inside.
The top of the box has a moulded edge, it has blacksmith made strap hinges, carrying handles and wheels to ease the movement of such a heavy piece
The chest has been hand stripped and waxed and is good clean condition with only the usual dings you would expect to find on a Victorian piece
All this convenient storage and a strong seat in the hall or it will double up as a very useful coffee table in another location
The box it measures 38’’ wide x 23’’ deep and stands 22’’ high
