Lots of useful storage space inside this rather smart early 20th.c. walnut chest of drawers c.1930. Taller than your average chest with two short drawers over six long drawers of graduated depth. Simple modernist influenced design with a caddy top and beautifully figured burr walnut veneers laid in a symmetrical pattern across the drawers fronts, each of which retains the original turned knobs. With a short upstand to the top to stop things slipping down the back of the chest, and raised on flat bun feet. Solid walnut top and sides, hardwood drawer linings. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
