This is a large antique chest of drawers. 17th century, English oak two part chest dating to circa 1700.

Substantial two part chest on block feet
Classic 17th century styling in the geometric decoration
Desirable aged patina to the dark wax polished finish

Broad three plank top running front to back
Large castellated dentil moulding decorating the frieze
Four broad, graduated, drawers with exceptionally deep second drawer
