Circa 1840. Very large early 19th century rosewood rectangular centre stool. The raised padded seat with gimp and brass studding above a moulded seat rail over a foliate carved frieze. Supported on cabriole legs with palmette carved knees and scrolled toes. In perfect condition. Would make an excellent coffee table.
