Very large 19th.c. English gilt overmantle mirror. Superb applied gesso work of figures, cherubs, shells and floral detail, plus reeded columns rising from the base with pointed finials. Attractively worn and distressed gilding, several missing pieces of molding but a great looking item in original and unrestored condition. Original mirror plate with minor corrosion at the top.
