A stunning 17th century oak coffer of large proportions and excellent colour.

The coffer has a two panel front and moulded triple panel top. The front and sides are finely carved with an extremely attractive flora design (probably West Country in origin). Original iron loop hinges remain present, sturdy and fully functional. Some historic worm evident to the back, which has been treated in abundance of caution.

A really good looking piece.
