A large enamel cigarette case. The case is in excellent condition. The lid is decorated with a pink roses surrounded by grey foliage.
All clasps and hinges work perfectly. It is so typical of Stratton to feature a clever design. The cigarette clip can be moved to accommodate any length of cigarettes available. So this means that this case can accommodate modern cigarettes too as well as bank notes, business and credit / debit cards. The cigarette clip is signed " Stratton REG....PAT NO 851743." The inner case is gilt and textured - gleaming and clean. The back of the cigarette case are decorated with the "Woven effect" design.
The vintage cigarette case measures 10.9 cm X 8.5 cm & weighs 112.8 grams.
This vintage accessory comes with an immaculate velvet pouch to protect it.
