Oak Edwardian Table - Extending 4 to 6 Seater - c1910

A very pleasing example of an Edwardian oak kitchen dining table with useful extending action.

The table presents superbly throughout with a wonderful colour to the oak.

A quality example with very easy extending action whereby the table converts to accommodate and extra two person in seconds. The centre leaves are un-sunfaded and therefore appear darker than the two main outer ones - see images.

The piece benefits from a double refectory stretcher which provides robustness ensuring that the table is solid in use, and also acts as a footrest for those seated.

Presented in very good antique condition the piece is ready to use and will look stunning in any location.

The table is just perfectly sized for 4 to 6 persons and is ideal for kitchen dining purposes and daily use.

The upper surface is clean with a desirable tone. The whole table has a feeling of solidity.
