A fine example of an early 8 day fusee dial antique clock. Massive rectangular, knopped pillar movement with verge escapement. Well engraved silvered dial signed ‘Jas. Brearley, London’ with Roman/Arabic numerals and lovely brass hands. Heavy, locked cast bezel. Slim concave surround fixed to the mahogany salt-box case. Fine condition & remarkably original.
