A good quality late 19th century walnut desk by James Shoolbred & Co., The galleried superstructure having short drawers, centred by a carved open arch pediment, with bespoke tooled-leather inset writing surface and five graduated drawers about the kneehole, with lattice galleried shelf below, on square fluted supports and brass castors, maker's stamp to middle drawer, Dimensions:- Max.Height...47''/ 119.5cm.
