A Rare iconic J nest of tables finished in blond burr walnut veneer
Art Deco Blonde Burr Maple nest of 3 tables by Ray Hille. This is widely considered as the rarest and most iconic Nesting Tables produced. This Classic art deco nest of tables with 3 curved tables slotting within a central table.
A very smart, practical design by Ray Hille.
All the tables are protected by plate glass tops present. The table measures 56 cm high x 94 cm wide x 54 cm deep. Hille, founded in London in 1906 by Russian emigre Salamon Hille, evolved from a high-end reproduction firm into a premier British manufacturer of Art Deco furniture during the 1920s and 1930s. Known for exceptional craftsmanship, the company shifted to modern, luxurious materials like walnut, chrome, and lacquer, with designs led by Salamon's daughter, Ray Hille .
