Good quality English Victorian mahogany sideboard, circa 1870 , with a shaped and arched back, with its profile being highlighted via the over sized and scrolling applied moulding, and all complimented via a decorative central carved boss. The cupboards and drawer base also benefits from having a break centre which has a nicely fitted interior, and all stands on a sturdy plinth surround.
This cabinet made piece of English 19th century furniture, which is in charming original condition and boasts a well polished mellow patina to its carefully chosen Cuban mahogany timbers.
Which in all makes for a fine looking Victorian sideboard, that is nicely proportioned , and would make for a useful addition to either the period or contemporary home.
