A good quality 19thC freestanding pedestal desk having 9 graduated and cock beaded drawers, each with turned drawer pulls and working, "VR" stamped, brass locks and escutcheons. The top cross banded with an inset hand dyed leather with gold and blind tooling.
Condition - Very good with polished back, all mahogany lined and working locks and key.
Size - Width 54'' / 137cm. Depth 30'' / 76.5cm. Height 30'' / 75.5cm. Kneehole height 24'' / 61cm. Kneehole width 25'' / 63.5cm.
