A superior pale mahogany sectional Globe Wernicke stacking bookcase having 5 glazed up and over doors and a deeper base with drawer. Each section retains the original Globe Wernicke labels and side clips which allow other Globe Wernickes bookcases to be joined. Each door has brass name plates and pulls. The top 3 sections also have working locks with keys, the locks from the other 2 are absent. This type of bookcase was often referred to as a " Barristers Bookcase" and advertised as "Always Complete But Never Finished". Dimensions :- Width..34’’/ 86.5cm. Height..72.75’’/ 185cm.
