This is a very pretty corner stand. It is Georgian, dating to around 1800 and is made in mahogany .The apron to the top shelf is inlaid with ebony stringing. The centre shelf has a drawer and two faux drawers with original decorative brass knobs. The stand is raised on very fine dramatic splay feet. This is a very elegant period corner stand.

The stand is in good condition. The mahogany is well polished. No sign of damage or worm or repair.

This is a wonderful furnishing piece. It would look good in the corner of a bedroom or a principal room perhaps with a lamp on top to illuminate the polished mahogany.

The corner stand is 32 inches high and is 15.5 inches deep and the sides run 19 inches along each wall from the point of the corner.
