Georgian C1780 figured walnut linen press
Antique quality Georgian C1780 figured walnut linen press, kitchen or housekeeper's cupboard. So rare to find in walnut.
Solid and strong, with no loose joints. Full of age, character and charm. Great matched veneers and patina. Adjustable shelves.
Would look great in the right location! We have a key to the top door only. The oak lined drawers slide freely.
Overall maximum dimensions: 123cmW x 54cmD x 191cmH (100cmH base, 91cmH top). Shelves 107cmW x 41cmD. This piece separates into 2 parts for transport.
In good antique condition with minor historic knocks, marks and chips, with some wear and imperfections as you would expect, nothing bad... all typical of a good antique piece of antique furniture. Later handles and escutcheons. One shelf is later. Just a few historic extinct woodworm holes that have been treated for good measure.
