A large George III, English Silver Basting or Gravy Spoon made in London and dating from 1792/93.

Hallmarked with the maker's mark "GG", the Lion Passant Silver Mark, the duty mark, the crowned Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter "r".
It has the initial "B" on the handle.
It measures approximately 11 1/2" inches (300mm) in length.
The weight is 89.5g/3.15oz
