A small attractive 18th C. style walnut bureau on stand. The top, fall and drawers all with herring bone inlay and cross banding on book matched walnut veneers. The fall opens to reveal an interior consisting of 4 pigeon holes, 2 concave fronted drawers a central cupboard plus 2 pull-out tall drawers with applied turnings. The base section with cross grain mouldings and standing on tall Geo.I/Queen Anne style legs with well carved knees and pad feet. In very good condition with etched brass shaped handles and escutcheon and oak lined. More photos available.
