Superb late 18th century George 3rd small size (only 3 foot wide) Sheraton design mahogany and inlaid roll top desk. This gorgeous desk is in very much original un-touched condition. It stands on square tapered legs with spade feet. Made of mahogany but inlaid with boxwood and ebony stringing. It retains all of its original swan neck brass handles.

The top drawer part pulls out and moves the roll top at the same time to reveal a beautifully fitted interior with adjustable leather writing slope. 8 beautiful mahogany lined drawers with original turned bone knobs and various pigeon holes. The whole piece is in very good condition and is a lovely mellow mahogany colour.

Being only 3 foot wide this is a great size and would fit in any house today.
