General Release of All Claims Document between John Avery of the Parish of Pelynt in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, have Remised, Released and Forever Quit Claimed unto Joshua Howell of the Parish of Lanreath in the said County, Clerk (Reverend). Dated 7th December 1750.

Printed Letterpress and Handwritten on Watermarked Laid Paper. There are 3 Embossed Duty Stamps for VI pence each, plus a Paper Duty Tax Stamp for a half penny. Has the Wax Seal of John Avery.
