French Oak And Chestnut Buffet Server
Unusual early c19th French provincial oak and chestnut buffet server in lovely original condition and a great size. Circa 1800.
This buffet is a pale oak and chestnut, so it blends well with other woods and also has a light feel to it for a good size piece of antique furniture.
Useful storage with the two door cupboard space and internally there is a full width shelf, also the full width drawer above too with lovely brass handles. The cupboard retains its original working lock and key too.
Good decorative piece and in super condition.
Measuring:
36” or 91cm high
41 3/4” or 106cm wide
21 1/2” or 55cm deep Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
