Circa 1870, French kingwood double bed, in excellent condition and with original makers name sprayed on headboard. The headboard has a typical carved rosette on the top, and is quarter veneered and crossbanded geometrically. The tailboard is circular and curvaceous. Stands on carved cabriole legs and has original carved side rails which are shaped and polished.
