Circa 1860, French kingwood, rosewood and porcelain mounted bonheur du jour. The raised top with pierced three-quarter gallery above a pair of panel doors outlined with gilt-metal and enclosing a pair of Sèvres-style panels depicting winged putti, enclosing a single shelf, above a pair of crossbanded drawers, the base with serpentine front, lobed corners and frieze drawer with undulating apron, raised on cabriole legs with pierced mounts and sabots.

Size 132cm high x 79cm wide x 56cm deep.
