A very decorative gilt spelter mantel antique clock. This antique clock is beautifully shaped with lots of style having a central urn with lid, fish type serpents as the handles, chains with acorns etc. The clock has a central eight-day mechanical striking movement, which strikes on the hour and half hour. The movement has been fully serviced and is in full working condition. The enamel dial is white with black Roman numerals. Please note that at the very front there is part of the leg missing, this does not detestable or detract from the piece, please see the images. circa 1880 EW-14
